Training packages are to be honored to the full extent of its terms, conditions, and its specific details - however, upon request, training packages may be upgraded to additional sessions and or additional weeks. Unfortunately, the training packages’ weeks and or sessions are unable to be downgraded. Restarting a membership may be subject to price change.

Training sessions are to be completed within the time from the start date of the contract (may vary based off type of payment plan). Training sessions passed their specific expiry date will voided - unless prior arrangements have been discussed. Unused training sessions do not roll over into the next month.

Sessions needing to be canceled or rescheduled must be done within at least four hours before the scheduled time - unless prior arrangements have been discussed. Failure to do so will result in loss of a session and financial investment at the rate of one session.

Training package payments must be paid at the start date of every training package or at the beginning of every new month of training (may vary based off training package type). ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE HANDLED VIA APP THROUGH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD - NO EXCEPTIONS. Restarting a membership may be subject to price change. Lastly, there are absolutely ZERO REFUNDS on purchased training packages/programs.

Clients are to be on time for their scheduled training sessions. Clients are always welcome to arrive early to stretch out and warm up. Each session has a 10-15 minute grace period, anything after the 15-minute mark is considered a loss of session - unless prior arrangements have been discussed. I kindly ask that you please respect my time as well as others within the class. The sessions run efficiently when everyone is on time.

A no-show will result in a loss of session along with a $20 no-show fee. A no-show entails failing to notify (text or call) that you will not be attending the scheduled session. Each session has a 15-minute grace period. Anything after the 15-minute grace period is considered a loss of a session – unless prior arrangements have been discussed.
