FULL-BODY PROGRAM

The Functional Full-Body program will teach you the basics and fundamentals of how the body operates in terms of exercise, movement, and mobility. Each day the program will focus on different movements (push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge, carry, and rotation) that we as human’s beings perform throughout our daily lives. By the end of the program, you will have gathered a great amount of knowledge on how the body moves, what each movement is responsible for doing, and most importantly how to structure a fully functional full body workout for yourself!

  • 4 WEEK PROGRAM / $40 per session

    Must be paid in full

  • 8 WEEK PROGRAM / $35 per session

    May be paid in full or monthly

  • 12 WEEK PROGRAM / $30 per session

    May be paid in full, halves, or monthly

ATHLETIC SPORTS-SPECIFIC TRAINING PROGRAM

The Athletic Sports-Specific Training program is designed to teach athletes of all sport, ages, and levels how to lift and move well within their respective sport. Through functional movement and sports-specific training, this program is sure to bring the best out of any athlete and help elevate their game!

YOUTH WEIGHT LIFTING PROGRAM

The Youth Weightlifting Program is designed to teach kids of all ages how to lift properly through correct form and efficient movement. Introducing your child to weightlifting at an early age will physiologically set them up for success as they mature into their bodies. Gone are the days where children and weightlifting are looked down upon. Get your child in the gym and get them moving efficiently now!

Through the use of personalized workout programs and custom nutritional planning, 1:1 private training is guaranteed to help any individual reach their goals in which they have set for themselves!
